The Cater Kitchen EPX100 Indoor/Outdoor Grease Traps is a larger model to that of the GT7, on a larger scale. This grease trap has the ability to gather grease, fats and oils for 100 to 200 cooked meals in a single day. Another benefit of this is that it is versatile, offering the ability to be stored either indoor or outdoor, depending on your preference.
This grease trap is also able to be stored underground if needed. It has an epoxy coating that will ensure it can survive within the harshest of weathers. This can support up to 3 commercial sink bowls that can be drained at the same time, and will satsify businesses that require a larger grease trap.
